The staff was affable and outstandingly accommodating. The room was spotless with very comfortable beds, with essentials required.

There was a nice garden, marvellous and pleasant setting in the middle of the city. My double room was modern with central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a seating area. Everyone from the staff was very welcoming.

The hotel of choice in Leeming Bar. Fabulous base for 1 night. The great and pleasant location for the price, really close to the restaurant in the evening, Bedale and a beer garden which was attractive to sit in. Super breakfast with excellent food.
